Grids User Interface
Grids User Interface is specifically designed to manage big advertising configurations.
It is recommended to use Grids UI for:
- Better UI performance when working with big setups.
- Advanced filtering of Sites and Advertisers based on custom criteria.
- Mass operations for entities (Banners, Placements, etc.) such as linking, copying, moving, activation, etc.
To switch to the Grids User Interface:
- Log into your network account and go to the Preferences tab.
- Select Grids in the User Interface Preferences pane and click Submit:
- The page will be reloaded and the new User Interface preferences will be applied to the current user.

Publishers and Advertisers Views
The Publishers and Advertisers tabs layouts will be changed:

The following filtering tools will be available:
- Sites, All Zones, All Placements: defines the detalization level of the entities being displayed. This setting will be preserved for your account.
- Filtering by entity Type (Site, Zone or Placement) and/or by entity Name allows limiting the number of items being displayed.
- My objects checkbox limits the display only to those entities owned by your current account.
Extended Filters: Sites
To access more in-depths filtering of Sites > Zones > Placements, click Extended Filter in the top right corner of the Sites tab:

Sites can be filtered by:
- Name.
- Status: On or Off.
- Site Activity: Active or Inactive.
- Rules Activity: Defines if the Rules are enabled for the Site.
- Category(-ies).
- Created From/To: Time of creation of the Site.
- User(s): Site was created, can be edited, or can be viewed by a certain user.
- Payment Model(s): Fixed Price or Revenue Share.
- Pricing Type(s): CPM, CPC, or CPA.
Zones can be filtered by:
- Name.
- Status: On or Off.
- Zone Activity: Active or Inactive.
- Rules Activity: Defines if the Rules are enabled for the Zone.
Placements can be filtered by:
- Name.
- Status: On or Off.
- Placement Activity: Active or Inactive.
- Rules Activity: Defines if the Rules are enabled for the Placement.
- Linkage: Banners are linked to the Placement.
- Placement Type: Standard, Non-Standard, Mobile, Video, or Application Placement.
- Ad Unit(s): Rectangle (180x150), Leaderboard (728x90), Full Banner (468x60), Wide Skyscraper (160x600), Half Page Ad (300x600), Button 2 (120x60), Micro Bar (88x31), XXL Box (468x648), Skyscraper (120x600), Medium Rectangle (300x250), Any Size, Custom.
- Label(s).
- Labels filter: defines filtering rule for the specified Labels. All Labels displays the Placements that are marked with all inserted Labels; Any Label shows Placements that have at least one of specified Labels.
Extended Filters: Advertisers
To access the Extended Filter for Advertisers > Campaigns > Banners, click the corresponding button in the top right corner of the Advertisers tab:

Advertisers can be filtered by:
- Name.
- Status: On or Off.
- Advertiser Activity: Active or Inactive.
- Rules Activity: Defines if the Rules are enabled for the Advertiser.
- Category(-ies).
- Created From/To: Time of creation of the Advertiser.
- User(s): Advertiser was created, can be edited, or can be viewed by a certain user.
Campaigns can be filtered by:
- Name.
- Status: On or Off.
- Campaign Activity: Active or Inactive.
- Rules Activity: Defines if the Rules are enabled for the Campaign.
- Pricing Type(s): CPM, CPC, or CPA.
- Auto-link Category(s): Categories for Auto-linking.
- Priority: Campaign Priority groups.
Banners can be filtered by:
- Name.
- Status: On or Off.
- Banner Activity: Active or Inactive.
- Rules Activity: Defines if the Rules are enabled for the Banner.
- Placement Type(s): Banners for Standard, Non-Standard, Mobile, Video, or Application Placement.

Actions with Entities
Once the entities are filtered, you can select them and start applying different actions:
Enables Site, Zone, and/or Placement.
Disables Site, Zone, and/or Placement.
Adds entity(-ies) to the Clipboard for copying or moving.
Adds selected entities to the Publishers or Advertisers filters in the Analytics tab.
Removes selected entities.
Displays Rules for the entities.
Clipboard
Clipboard can be used to link, copy or move entities:
- Select the Campaign(s)/Banner(s) or Zone(s)/Placement(s) you need to move, copy or link.
- Click Link or Copy (Move). Clipboard pane will be displayed.
- Navigate to a card where you'd like the entity(-ies) to be copied, moved or linked and click the corresponding button on the Clipboard.
