Banner Display Priorities

Whenever the Placement is requested, Epom Ad Server runs the following process for Banner filtering and prioritizing:

1. Primary Banner Filtering

Epom Ad Server filters all the Banners that do not meet the requirements on:

• Pre-targeting.
• Targeting.
• Capping.
• Repeated request.
• Bid Floor

2. Secondary Banner Filtering

Secondary filtering includes:

• Manual Linking.
• Rules.
• Limits.
• Activity (ON/OFF)

3. Prioritizing

Among the Banners that passed the Primary and Secondary filtering, Epom Ad Server selects the Banner for display according to the configured priorities such as:

• Weighting.
• Campaign level priorities.
• eCPM Optimization.
• eCPM Optimization with Burn-up Period.
• CTR Optimization.
• Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Passbacks.
• Daisy Chaining.
• Waterfall Chaining.
• Lookup Depth.
• Other
